This is a recording of the April 26, 2018 meeting of the South Park Business Improvement District and also about four minutes of video recorded in the lobby prior to the meeting.  The Brown Act forbids local agencies such as the BID from requiring people to sign in as a condition of attending their meetings.  I asked the security guard if I could attend without signing in and he told me I could not.  Then board member Paul Keller yelled at me, told me I was wrong about the law, and told me to get a life.
